Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Brand Polise website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
The Brand Polise provides brand strategy, design, marketing, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual project agreements signed before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and accurate information. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact project timelines without liability to The Brand Polise.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% advance is required before project commencement. Outstanding invoices are subject to a 2% monthly late fee.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables. The Brand Polise retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless a separate NDA is executed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, financial data, and proprietary methodologies shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
The Brand Polise's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded pro-rata.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
